Lindsay Cavner is a highly experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach with a diverse background in improving the lives of children and their families. Currently serving at The Resource Exchange since April 2018, Lindsay focuses on coaching children aged 0-3 towards independence. Since 2004, Lindsay has been the Owner and Therapy Supervisor at Stepping Stones Pediatric Therapy, LLC, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing the independence of children with disabilities. Previous roles include providing home-based therapies for children during tenure at MGA Homecare and supporting individuals with disabilities at various pediatric therapy establishments. Lindsay's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University.
