Karen R. currently serves as the EI Billing Manager and previously held the role of Credentialing & Authorization Specialist at The Resource Exchange, Inc. since 2018. In addition, Karen has been the Owner and Certified Health Coach at YourOneLife since 2011, providing personalized health coaching and representing JuicePlus+ whole-food supplements. Prior experience includes positions as a Health Promotions Specialist at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, Guest Teacher at Academy School District 20, Director of Human Services for the Town of Chester, Director of Emergency Services/PR at the American Red Cross, Account Manager/Assistant Manager at SBC Communications/Cellular One, and an internship with Congressman Joel Hefley. Karen R. earned a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds a certification as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
