Ahkeel Owens is a professional with extensive experience in data analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at the Baltimore Police Department since December 2018, Ahkeel also holds a Program Manager position at the Center for Policy Research at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, a role maintained since February 2015. Previous roles include Undergraduate Research Assistant and Research Support Specialist. Ahkeel's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Finance and Economics from the University at Albany, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
