Jessica Berens is an experienced dietitian and nutrition manager, currently serving as the Owner and Dietitian at Collaborative Nutrition Therapy, LLC, providing virtual telehealth nutrition appointments across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Since November 2016, Jessica has held the position of Senior Regional Nutrition Manager at The Renfrew Center, overseeing dietitians, assisting in development of nutrition policies, and conducting workshops for professionals. Previously, Jessica has worked in various roles within The Renfrew Center, including Registered Dietitian and Regional Nutrition Manager, and served as an Alumni Representative at Meredith College, showcasing extensive experience and leadership in the field of nutrition. Jessica holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Food Science and Human Nutrition (Dietetics) and Psychology from the University of Florida, along with a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Texas Tech University.
