Michael Ustianowski is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an End User Computing Engineer at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. since March 2018. Responsibilities include developing and customizing SCCM software deployments, managing deployment statuses, and testing software. Previously, Michael worked as a Helpdesk Agent where support for various applications such as Office and iManage was provided, handling numerous support calls daily. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Support Analyst at Cancer Treatment Centers of America focused on imaging new devices, an IT Intern at Wheatland Center School J1 District assisting with laptop repairs, and an IT Assistant at Racine St. Catherine's aiding in computer repairs and the implementation of a 1 to 1 iPad initiative. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and two Associate degrees in IT from Gateway Technical College.
