Alysia Bright

Associate Chief Security Officer at The Rehancement Group

Alysia Bright has worked in the security field since 2007, starting with the US Navy as a Master At Arms. In 2009, they worked as a Security Specialist/ Records Management custodian for Chenega Federal Systems, and then as a Security Specialist for GAP Solutions, Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Background Investigator for USIS. In 2014, they joined The Rehancement Group, Inc. as an Associate Chief Security Officer and Personnel Security Analyst. In their roles, they have processed security related information within established CIA/FBI National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) guidelines and procedures, reviewed personnel security files for CI concerns in support of the FBI Directorate, utilized the FBI Case Management System, adjudicated background investigations for suitability and security for employment with the FBI and/or issuance of a security clearance, set leads for field and headquarters divisions as necessary to conduct required records checks, interviews, and polygraph results, served as the primary point of contact regarding the status of pending clearances or questions concerning the security clearance investigation and adjudication process, analyzed and reviewed newly submitted e-QIP forms, processed requests from Facility Security Officers (FSOs) within JPAS, entered hardcopy incident reports into JPAS as final status, written up daily inspection memos and reported inspection violations, performed technical reviews, analyzed and made appropriate recommendations concerning security measures, generated visitor's requests and maintained security files, and assisted with the preparations for SF86 submissions with a working knowledge of JPAS and LENEL.

Alysia Bright received their Diploma in Liberal Studies from Winston-Salem State University in 2007. Alysia then completed their Master's at Arms School in 2007. In the same year, they also completed Basic Training at the United States Navy Great Lakes. From 2003 to 2005, they attended South View High. From 2010 to 2013, they studied Liberal Arts at Kaplan University and from 2010 to 2014, they studied Liberal Studies at Kaplan University (online).
