Ashley Hampton is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Healing in the Margins since February 2022, where the focus is on cultivating systemic change and providing resources for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. As the House Founder and Clinical Director of Hampton House Counseling since May 2013, Ashley leads therapeutic initiatives, while also gaining valuable experience as an intern at The Refuge Center for Counseling since December 2012, working with teens, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Prior to these roles, Ashley was a Practicum Student at Bradford Health Services, facilitating adolescent groups. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
