Andres Obregon Ramirez is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental management and construction, currently serving as a Junior Estimator and previously as an Assistant Estimator at The Redland Company, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this, Andres founded TERO - Ingenio Ambiental S.A.S., offering environmental consulting services across various productive sectors. Notable roles include providing environmental advice for civil works with Ingeniería Civil, coordinating an environmental agreement with Indigenous Resguardos, managing environmental operations at Cementos Argos, and working as an Environmental Engineer for the Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Pereira.
