Sarah Encinas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at The Redbud Group at Keller Williams South Park since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Rincalina Hearing Center for five years, where significant contributions included developing a business plan that facilitated sustainable growth in patient volume and hearing instrument sales, as well as providing clinical and administrative support in various capacities, including Business Operations Manager and Hearing Instrument Specialist Assistant. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2015.
