Ethan Durland is a professional recruiter at The Redbud Group at Keller Williams South Park since February 2022, responsible for overseeing and recruiting agents across multiple office locations and developing standard operating procedures for candidate interviews and training. Previously, Ethan held various roles including Sales Associate at Inland Seafood, Inside Sales Specialist at Ekos, and Customer Implementation Specialist at Tesla, where responsibilities included customer engagement and CRM management. Additional experience includes social media and community management at Another Round Disc Golf, field marketing at Beast Coast Creative, and customer advocacy at The Good Kitchen. Ethan holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Appalachian State University.
