Yasser Al-Ghamdi has a professional work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Their most recent role was as the Director of Learning and Development at Red Sea Global, where they started in December 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Learning & Development Director at Red Sea Global from July 2022 to December 2023. Before joining Red Sea Global, they worked as the Learning and Development Senior Manager at The Red Sea Development Company from December 2020 to July 2022 and as a Learning and Development Manager from March 2019 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, Yasser served as the Manpower Development Manager at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu from February 2013 to March 2019 and as a Planner at KAUST from July 2012 to February 2013.

Yasser Al-Ghamdi completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Yanbu Industrial College between 2008 and 2012. Yasser also obtained a certification in the Public Investment Fund Emotional Intelligence Online Program from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2020.
