Steve West is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the HVAC supply industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the West Division at RectorSeal since February 2019, Steve previously held the position of Sales Manager at Johnstone Supply MN from March 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included dealer development, marketing strategy, and team building. Earlier in their career, Steve was the Brand Manager for Johnstone Supply The Bloomington Group, and served as an Account Manager for NAC Mechanical & Electrical Services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additional experience includes roles as Territory Manager at both Auer Steel Heating and Supply Co. and Lennox International. Steve holds an Associate's degree in Business from William Penn University, completed in 2001.
