Ryan Spadaro is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the HVAC and electronics industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at RectorSeal since 2019, Ryan has held various titles including Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Regional General Manager at Johnson Controls and held multiple sales management positions at Goodman Manufacturing, including Area Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager. Ryan began a career in sales as a Territory Manager with Lennox International and as a Sales Representative at Tyco Electronics. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2006.
