Alice Wang, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources. Alice began their career with VISTA Information Technologies, Inc. in 1999 as a Human Resources Generalist and held this role until 2001. From 2001 to 2012, Alice worked at RVIA, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and later becoming a Human Resources Manager. In 2019, they joined RVIA again, this time as a Human Resources Senior Director.

Alice Wang, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Virginia Tech. Additionally, they received certification as a SHRM-CP from SHRM Certification in February 2018.
