Caitlin Brown is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in employee communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Communications at The RealReal since September 2020, Caitlin has held various roles including Associate Director of Employer Brand and Marketing and Senior Manager of Employee Communications. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Corporate Communications at Macy's and roles focused on internal communications and employee engagement at The Children's Place and Century 21 Department Stores. Caitlin began the career in marketing and community management at The Premier Theatre Company and Haute Designs Inc. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
