Ryan Eric L. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ryan Eric is currently the Chief Technology Officer at The Really Great Teacher Company. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant specializing in Data, Analytics, and AI at Altius. Ryan Eric also had significant experience at KPMG UK, where they held roles as an Assistant Manager in Data Analytics for Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare, as well as a Management Consultant in Data Analytics for the Public Sector and Healthcare. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Medical Physicist at Equra Health, where they were responsible for quality assurance in radiation oncology, and as a Medical Physicist Trainee at the Free State Department of Health, where they conducted equipment testing and general quality assurance in Radiotherapy, Diagnostic Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine. Additionally, Ryan has experience in public relations and event management through roles at the Department of Medical Physics, Brightest Young Minds, ISFiT, PoetryInk, and Poet's Anonymous.

Ryan Eric L. has a diverse education history. In 2019, they enrolled in The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, pursuing a degree in Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to this, in 2014, Ryan completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics & Engineering in Medicine (Distinction) from UCL, specializing in Medical Physics and Medical Image Computing. In 2016, they furthered their studies at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, attaining an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
