Sam Spurlin is a seasoned professional in organization design and positive organizational psychology, currently serving as a Partner at The Ready since September 2015, where contributions have been pivotal in shaping the firm's innovative approach to organizational transformation. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategist at Undercurrent, Research Lead and Leadership Coach at LeAD Labs, and Teaching Assistant at Claremont Graduate University. Sam founded The Workologist Coaching & Consulting, providing insights through published articles on personal development and psychology. Additional involvement includes co-curating TEDxClaremontColleges and teaching at Avondale High School, complemented by a background in coaching hockey at the University of Detroit Mercy.
