Nicola Nick-Shartrand is an experienced entrepreneur and creative professional with a diverse background in the food and design industries. As the owner of Stay Sweet since January 2015, Nicola focuses on crafting beautiful and delicious treats, cakes, and chocolates for coffee shops, restaurants, and consumers. Additionally, as the owner of Nicola's Italian Wine and Fare since August 2002, Nicola oversees all aspects of the business, including cooking, baking, managing, and advertising, while specializing in artisan chocolates and web design. Concurrently, Nicola has been a graphic and web designer for The Reader since October 1999, creating advertisements and developing the publication's first website. Nicola holds a degree in Public Relations and Communications from Hastings College, earned between 1994 and 1998.
