Isabel Mayoral is a seasoned professional in leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The RBL Group since July 2023. With a diverse career spanning over a decade, Isabel has empowered organizations and individuals by delivering customized initiatives, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering innovation. Previous roles include Executive Coach and Business & Communications Consultant at Major One, Outreach Director for Executive Education at Columbia University, and Associate Director of Executive Programs at The Conference Board, where Isabel led strategic developments for over 300 programs annually.
