Srinivasan Subramaniam is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in talent innovation and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at SHL since July 2015, Srinivasan has provided services to prominent blue-chip companies in India. Previously, Srinivasan was a Consultant at Kaizen Institute IndAf from July 2015 to June 2019, contributing to operational consultancy efforts in India and Africa. Notably, Srinivasan served as Managing Director of GEA Process Engineering India from July 2007 to December 2014, overseeing comprehensive process engineering solutions. Prior roles include President at Rane Engine Valves Ltd., where Srinivasan led the company to win the Deming Prize in 2005, and Vice President positions at Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd., DCM SHRIRAM LTD, and EID Parry (I) Ltd.
