Damien Simmons serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Ravens Group, Inc. since January 2017, and also holds the position of Director of Training and Development. Concurrently, since January 2014, Damien Simmons has been a Facilitator at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. Education was obtained at Morgan State University.
