Christopher Ransom has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the publishing and marketing industries. Christopher started their career as an intern in editorial, marketing, and publicity at Biteback Publishing and John Blake Publishing Ltd in 2015. Christopher then worked as an assistant at WRG Live, where they provided support to the event management team and handled logistics for international clients. Ransom also worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a copywriter for the DEWALT brand, handling press releases, proofreading, copy-editing, and copywriting.
Ransom's experience with The Quarto Group started in 2017 as a Campaigns Executive, where they were responsible for marketing and publicity for all QuartoKids imprints. Christopher then progressed to Campaigns Officer and Campaigns Manager roles, overseeing various campaigns for children's books. In their most recent role at The Quarto Group, starting in March 2021, Ransom serves as the Head of Campaigns (Children's), managing the children's campaigns team and coordinating marketing, digital marketing, publicity, and social media for all children's imprints.
Christopher Ransom obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Westminster. Christopher attended the university from 2011 to 2014.
