Alison Fialho, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at The Quarto Group since January 2013, where responsibilities have included executive support to the CEO and COO, as well as facilitating corporate functions. Previous experience includes a role as Vendor Compliance Analyst at Hachette Book Group and various positions within the same company, such as Assistant Manager of Fulfillment Operations and Executive Assistant to the VP of Fulfillment. Alison holds a BA in Psychology from Assumption University and is currently pursuing SHRM-CP certification at Bunker Hill Community College.
