Jo-Ann Bateman has an extensive professional background in various leadership roles within the field of health and international development. Currently holding the position of Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL/CLA) at Q2 Impact, Jo-Ann also has experience as a Board Member at Development Outcomes International and as Program Director at Canada - Uganda Canada Sport Medicine (CUSEM). With a wealth of experience in program management and small business consulting, Jo-Ann's academic background includes a MSc in International Public Health/International Health from The University of Sheffield and BA in Economics and B. Comm (Hons.) in Marketing & Small Business Management from the University of Manitoba.
