Shawn Natola is a novice in early formation at The Province of St. Mary of the Capuchin Order since June 2022, previously serving as a postulant in the same organization. Prior to this, Shawn held various positions at Grainger from February 2004 to June 2022, including Reporting Analyst, Associate Project Manager, Cross Referencing Specialist, and Customer Service Associate. As a Reporting Analyst, Shawn contributed to profitable growth through solutions-based initiatives, employing financial acumen and data analysis to support strategic planning and success measurement. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Stonehill College in 2007, following completion of studies at Woodsville High School in New Hampshire.
