Kevin Diamond, AIA, is an accomplished architect and co-founder of Providence Architecture, where Kevin serves as Principal Architect since October 2021. With a diverse professional background, Kevin has held significant roles in various firms, including Architect and Developer at Providence Realty Advisors, and Architect/Development Associate at MERGE Capital, where responsibilities included financial analyses, due diligence, and overseeing construction processes. Kevin's expertise is further demonstrated through previous positions as Architect/Project Manager at Linton Architects, Architectural Designer at BBH Design, and Designer at WoodWise Design & Remodeling. Educational achievements include a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Appalachian State University. Kevin also contributed to the architectural community as the founder and past president of the American Institute of Architecture Students chapter at Appalachian State University.
