Destany Metcalf is an experienced medical case manager currently employed at The Project of the Quad Cities since March 2021. Simultaneously, Destany has worked as a direct support professional at the Handicapped Development Center since May 2014, providing care on a PRN basis, and has held roles including residential case manager and resident counselor, overseeing programs and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Destany also has experience as a student secretary at Augustana College, where responsibilities included answering calls and supporting campus events, and as a student worker in dining services. Destany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Augustana College and a high school diploma from Rochelle Township High School.
