Beth McHugh is an accomplished product discovery strategist and coach with extensive experience in guiding startups and product teams to success. As the founder of Tillta Consulting since October 2021, Beth provides consulting and coaching in product discovery and management. In addition, Beth serves as a product coach at The Product Refinery, advising new and experienced product managers, and as a startup advisor at Volta, focusing on product management support. At Toptal, Beth continues to leverage expertise as a product manager and coach. Previous roles include director of product at OpenMind Platform and K2P, as well as senior product manager and product manager at LearnZillion and CustomInk, respectively. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Richmond, an Executive Program degree in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a graphic design certificate from Boston University.
