Bryan Caquias is a System Engineer at The ProActive Technology Group, where responsibilities include managing Azure and on-prem Windows Server environments, performing upgrades, overseeing user permissions, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, Distributed File System (DFS), applications, and file-sharing, as well as monitoring server health and utilizing ConnectWise Automate for patch management. Prior to this role, Bryan worked as an IT Desktop Support/Field Technician at Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, providing desktop support for over 350 users in a multi-site Windows environment and handling hardware installation, maintenance, and configuration for a variety of devices. Education was obtained at Queensborough Community College.
