Sam Bond is a seasoned professional in UX design and product development with a diverse background in technical leadership and engineering. Currently serving as a UX Design Manager and previously as a UX UI Designer at Principality Building Society since December 2019, Sam has demonstrated expertise in user-centered design. Experience includes roles as Technical Lead at both The Alacrity Foundation UK and Mela Insights, focusing on mentoring and developing high-tech solutions. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Design Engineer at Bisley Office Furniture and R&D Engineer at Manfrotto, where Sam contributed significantly to product lifecycle processes and design innovations. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
