Jamie Watkins is an experienced Savings Product Manager at Principality Building Society, responsible for managing product launches, pricing changes, and developing new product ideas based on customer needs. Previously, Jamie held roles as Assistant Savings Product Manager and Connect Customer Consultant, earning recognition for exceptional customer service. Prior experience at EY as a Senior in People Advisory Services involved advising corporate clients on the tax and social security implications of their globally mobile workforce. Jamie also managed a tax return preparation team in India as a Tax Coach and ensured timely compliance for globally mobile employees as an Assistant Tax Advisor. Jamie holds a Business Studies and Japanese BSc Joint Hons degree from Cardiff University and completed a Japanese Intercalary Year at Yokohama National University.
