Paloma Hill

Director Of Customer Success at The Princeton Review

Paloma Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and organizations. Paloma started their career at the University of St. Thomas-Houston, where they held various leadership roles including President of Model United Nations and President of the International Students Association. During their time there, they also served as a Freshman Symposium Executive Panel Member, playing a key role in drafting and executing courses for freshmen students. Additionally, they assisted in planning and logistics for a freshman study abroad course.

Following their time at the University of St. Thomas-Houston, Paloma worked as a Student Manager for Follett Higher Education Group. In this position, they gained valuable experience in managing and coordinating student-related activities.

Most recently, Paloma joined The Princeton Review, where they have held a range of roles. Paloma first served as an Institutional Account Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing delivery aspects of college readiness programs. Paloma also recruited, trained, and managed teachers and ensured delivery objectives were met within budget constraints. Paloma then transitioned to the role of Regional Director - West, overseeing operations in the western region. After that, they took on the role of Director of Institutional Operations, and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success.

Throughout their career, Paloma has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to student success and program excellence.

Paloma Hill obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Development and International Studies from the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they received the International Baccalaureate Diploma from the British School of Houston in 2011 and attended the Institut International du Lancy in Geneva, Switzerland in 2009-2010. Paloma also obtained certifications in Public Speaking Fundamentals from Lynda.com in August 2016 and in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Manousso Mediation & ADR Services in 2014.
