Jennifer Ventura is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Field Payroll Manager at The Princeton Review since March 2018, Jennifer is responsible for managing payroll processes and supporting a network of over 4,000 educators. Previously, Jennifer held positions as a Human Resource Associate, Administrative Specialist, and Student Event Services Associate at Ohio University-Dublin, as well as in merchandising support at Macy's and as an Email Specialist at DSW, focusing on customer satisfaction and service. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
