Steve Harris is an experienced business leader with a strong background in retail and franchise operations. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Owner of The Prep Kitchen since July 2020, Steve also held a brief role as Co-Owner at Dallas Prep Kitchen. Prior experience includes five years as a Franchisee at Jani-King SA and consulting services for various companies through Harris Services. Steve's tenure at Willtex Stores, LP as Director of Retail Operations involved overseeing multiple convenience store operations and implementing key operational procedures. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Angelo State University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
