Kaisen MacKinnon is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, customer service, and event management. Currently serving as a Student Success Coach at The PREP Academy since April 2022, Kaisen supports African Nova Scotian high school students by addressing academic challenges and promoting growth mindsets through goal-setting and resource connection. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Manager at R&B Kitchen, where operational efficiency and profitability were prioritized, and a Marketing and Events Coordinator for Basketball Nova Scotia, highlighting organizational skills in event planning. Additionally, Kaisen has training and program leadership experience in youth sports through positions at International Sports Additive and Halifax Parks & Recreation. Kaisen holds an Advanced Diploma in Sport Management from Niagara College, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Acadia University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctor of Law degree at Dalhousie University.
