Urska Klancnik currently serves as an Organizational Program Manager at The Predictive Index, where responsibilities include defining, developing, and delivering the company-wide OKR program and collaborating with the operations leadership team. Prior roles at The Predictive Index included Team Lead for Partner Programs and Program Coordinator for Partner Programs, focusing on supporting and managing communications within the Certified Partner Network. Additionally, Klancnik works as a Project Consultant for the Rockefeller Institute of Government, managing collaboration with high-level agency representatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Public Grants and Contracts Coordinator at the International Institute of New England and as a Research Scholar at the Rockefeller Institute of Government. Urska Klancnik holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication and European Studies from Hochschule Fulda and a Bachelor's degree in English and American Studies from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, along with additional studies at Bowling Green State University.
