Courtney Swift is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Communications Lead and formerly as Communications Specialist at The Predictive Index since February 2020. Swift has a long tenure with the Boston Red Sox as a Fenway Ambassador and Yawkey Way Host since March 2014, and also contributes to the Bruins Foundation as a Silent Auction Monitor. Previous positions include Marketing Communications Manager at Continuum IT Management Platform and various marketing roles at Continuum Managed Services and Oficio. Swift began a career in social media and public relations with the Cape Cod Baseball League and has held internships that included web production at Fox 25 Boston. Swift holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College.
