Wes Gavin has a diverse work experience. Wes is currently serving as the VP of Product at The Post, a leadership community for athletes. In this role, they oversee technology and product functions. Prior to this, Wes served as the Head of Product at SI TIX, where they were responsible for managing a multi-national team and leading product functions across design, tech strategy, implementation, stability, scaling, and reporting. Wes also worked as the Manager of Operations and Product at SI TIX. Wes started their career as an MBA Intern and Strategic Advisor at SI TIX. Before joining SI TIX, Wes worked as a Senior Associate at Acquis Consulting Group, a management consulting firm, where they worked on various client engagements and implemented strategies for success. Additionally, Wes gained experience as a Football Analyst at NBC Sports Group, where they provided analysis and commentary on football games. Wes also worked as an Associate at KPMG and as an Intern at Joe Linta Sports Agency. Wes started their career as a Student Athlete at Yale Football, where they garnered several accolades for their performance as an offensive lineman.

Wes Gavin completed their education in a chronological order. Wes obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Yale University in 2014. Wes'sacademic journey started at Francis Parker School, where they attended from 2006 to 2010.
