Penny Gray is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as a Senior Associate - Coach & Organisational Psychologist at The Positivity Institute since November 2019. With extensive experience in various roles, including Coaching Psychologist at The Mind Room and Consultant Organisational Psychologist at The Cairnmillar Institute, Penny has honed a diverse skill set in organisational development and coaching. Past positions include Career Coach at Career Ahead and Group Learning & Development Consultant at St Vincent's Health Australia. Academic contributions include serving as a Lecturer & Placement Supervisor in the Organisational Psychology Masters Program at Deakin University and as an Organisational Consultant & Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
