Veslemøy Klavenes-Berge is an experienced climate advocate and entrepreneur currently serving as a Climatebase Fellow at Climatebase and a Research Fellow at Rho Impact, focusing on climate impact for businesses and investors. As the Founder of bycause, Veslemøy leads a diverse portfolio of projects centered on future forecasting and continuous learning. Additional roles include serving as an Accredited Mentor and Business Development Partner at The Portfolio Collective, along with founding the Stories for the Future podcast and initiating the Pådriv initiative in Tønsberg & Færder to promote sustainable urban development. Previous experience includes mentoring at The Climate Reality Project and advising on sustainability at Corporate Good AS and OceanTherm. Veslemøy holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Geophysics from the University of Bergen.
