Franz Jade Olivar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2009, they began their career as a Sales Associate at La-Z-Boy until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Auditor at Haynes Furniture Company. In 2012, they joined Far East Brokers and Consultants Inc. as an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist until 2015. In the same year, they returned to Haynes Furniture Company as a Staff Accountant until 2015. Since 2015, they have been employed at The Port of Virginia, where they initially worked as a Staff Accountant until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Financial Analyst, and since 2021, they have held the position of Manager, Strategy and Analysis.

Franz Jade Olivar attended Saint Louis University (PH) from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. In May 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
