Paige Soper is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Endoscopy Practice Manager at The Polyclinic since January 2022, overseeing a facility with four procedure rooms and leading Quality Assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulations. Prior to this, Paige held the position of Pre-op/PACU Manager at First Hill Surgery Center, where responsibilities included managing pre-operative and post-anesthesia care. Earlier roles included Quality Improvement Coordinator and PACU Nurse at First Hill Surgery Center, and Critical Care Registered Nurse at Harborview Medical Center, where care was provided to underserved populations in various intensive care units. Paige began a nursing career at The Christ Hospital Health Network and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
