Rachel Gunther is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Grant Advisor for The Pollination Project since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Associate Director at YouthBuild USA from 2002 to November 2021, where responsibilities included strategic planning, fundraising, program evaluation, and providing technical assistance on education policy and social justice issues. Previous roles include Researcher at Harvard University, Project Manager at The After School Corporation, Producer at Seftel Productions, and Primary Care Health Access Manager at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Community Health Certification from Tufts University.
