Michal Poniewski has over 12 years of experience as the Director of the Wronki Centre of Culture, where responsibilities include managing a local government cultural institution. Additionally, Michal has been a Scout Leader with the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association since 2001, attaining the prestigious ranks of Scoutmaster and Scout of the Republic of Poland. Previous roles include serving as an Assistant at the Museum of Folk Architecture in Olsztynek, contributing to the establishment of the Department of Architecture and engaging in research, design, and website development. Earlier experience includes working as a Hotline Consultant for Polish Telecommunication. Michal holds a Master's degree in Ethnology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and a postgraduate diploma in Conservation and Preservation of Architecture from Nicolaus Copernicus University, as well as a qualification in Telecommunications from Zesp贸艂 Szk贸艂 Komunikacji w Poznaniu.
