Olivia McCarver currently serves as the Director of Development at Do No Harm since May 2024 and has held various roles at The Policy Circle since March 2022, including Donor Relations Manager and Philanthropy Manager. Prior to these positions, Olivia worked at John Brown University from June 2014 to February 2022 as the Assistant Director of Stewardship and Development Marketing and Coordinator of Stewardship and Development Marketing. Olivia's earlier experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at University Recreation from September 2012 to June 2014 and as a Community Ministries Intern at New Life Ranch in summer 2013. Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, Communications and Technology with a concentration in communications from the University of Arkansas in 2014.
