Mary McKone is an experienced training professional currently serving as the Training Manager at The Police Credit Union since January 2007. In this role, Mary identifies and oversees organizational training needs while coaching and motivating staff. Previous positions at The Police Credit Union include Training Designer and Developer, Branch Manager II, and Branch Supervisor II, where responsibilities ranged from training program development to managing branch operations and member service excellence. Mary's career began at Pacific Western Bank as a Customer Service Representative and later as an Operations Assistant at Sterling Bank & Trust. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University, a Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from UC Irvine, and is pursuing a Master of Education in Organizational Learning at Colorado State University, expected to complete in May 2027.
