Andrew Hancock has worked in the photography industry since 2003. Andrew began as Chief Photographer at the Huntington Herald-Press in 2003, then moved to Photojournalist at the Lafayette Journal & Courier in 2006. In 2007, they started working as a Regular Contributing Photographer and Contributing Photographer at Sports Illustrated. In 2008, they took on the role of Photographer at Purdue University. In 2013, they founded Andrew Hancock Photography, LLC, where they served as Photographer + Director. In 2015, they became a Contributing Photographer at ESPN, and in 2016 they began working as a Freelance Photographer at The Players' Tribune.
Andrew Hancock attended Midland College from 1997 to 1999, and then Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
