Kim Martin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR & Office Manager at The Plant Company since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Director of Human Resources and Business Administration at Kayo Conference Series from March 2024 to December 2024, and previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner. Kim’s extensive experience in human resources began as an HR Administrator at Hantzmon Wiebel LLP from September 2016 to March 2024, and included a role as HR Assistant at UVIMCO from June 2013 to September 2016. Additionally, Kim managed international air transportation at WorldStrides from September 2006 to May 2013 and served as a Flight Attendant at Usair from July 1986 to January 2006. Kim holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with Highest Distinction in Social Science & Secondary Education from the University of Virginia.
