Jared Halm currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at The Pioneer Center and as Accounting Office Manager for the Ross County Auditor, where responsibilities include managing a $130 million annual budget, overseeing accounts payable and payroll for 35 county departments, and forecasting revenue trends. Previously, Jared held the position of Business Analyst and Operations Manager at Advantage xPO, where coordination of the onsite Workforce Management program at Goldman Sachs was a key focus, along with staff training and operational reporting. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2004.
