Gabriele Kasten serves as the Bestuurder at De Pieter Raat Stichting since 2018, focusing on elder care within the Heerhugowaard community. Prior to this role, Gabriele held several significant positions in the elder care sector, including Directeur Bedrijfsvoering at Kennemerhart and (Interim-) Verandermanager ICT at Marente. Gabriele's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Amstelring and various positions at ING, including Principal Risk Manager, where strategic risk management was key. Gabriele's academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Hamburg and diverse leadership and management training from esteemed institutions.
